2. Product Presentation

Garlège Design offers reproductions of old master paintings created traditionally by qualified artists. Each piece is a unique example. Certificates of authenticity can be provided upon request. The materials used are specified for each artwork.

3. Product Pricing

Prices displayed on the website include VAT. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and check. Discounts may be granted based on the quantity ordered. Transportation costs are calculated according to the destination and are borne by the customer.

4. Ordering

Orders can be placed via the website, by email, or in person. Order validation occurs upon receipt of a 40% deposit. A confirmation is sent by email. The balance is due before shipment. There is no limit to the number of items per order.

5. Delivery

The average delivery time is 8 weeks from order confirmation. Carriers used vary depending on volume and destination (Colissimo, DHL, road carrier, etc.). Delivery costs are calculated based on the artwork’s format, weight, volume, and destination. Deliveries are possible in all European countries; for other destinations, conditions are FOB (Free On Board – delivered to freight forwarder in France). In case of delay or failed delivery, tracking is provided via shipping documents. The customer must sign an acknowledgment of receipt upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. All products are eligible for return, provided they are in their original, intact packaging. Refunds are issued after receipt and verification of the returned product. No standard withdrawal form is provided.

7. Warranty and Liabilities

Garlège Design offers legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In case of a damaged or defective product upon receipt, the customer may return the merchandise for a refund or replacement. In case of dispute, return of goods and refund are offered.

8. Intellectual Property

Products are clearly identified as replicas and not originals. No restrictions are imposed on customers regarding the reproduction or resale of products. Artists do not retain specific rights over the reproduced artworks.

9. Personal Data Protection

Data collected during ordering includes name, company name, email, delivery address, and phone number. This information is used for order tracking and invoicing. It may be shared with carriers for delivery. No right to access, rectify, or delete personal data is specified. No cookie policy is applicable.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

In case of dispute, the Nanterre Court has jurisdiction. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. No alternative dispute resolution method is offered.

11. Miscellaneous Clauses

No specific conditions in case of force majeure are mentioned. In case of a clear error in the price or description of a product, the customer will be informed. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified, and customers will be informed by email or phone. Explicit acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before finalizing the order is not required.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
