We are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with our high-quality reproductions. If, however, you are not entirely pleased, you may return the painting in its original packaging for a full refund. This situation is extremely rare in our over 30 years of practice.
Quality is an absolute priority at Mémoire de l’Art. Each painting undergoes meticulous final inspection by our director. Our artists, who have been loyal to us for years, strictly adhere to our exacting standards to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Like any original oil painting, your reproduction may undergo minor changes such as yellowing or darkening, depending on environmental factors like humidity or sun exposure. However, we observe that our artworks maintain their integrity even after several decades.
Our prices include the canvas stretched on a keyed stretcher frame and are calculated from the Paris region. A personalized quote is prepared for each order, including transportation costs, whether for delivery in France or internationally. Shipping is handled based on the painting’s size and weight, either by postal parcel or via our usual carrier. For international shipments, we manage delivery to the freight forwarder along with the necessary customs documents.   • Shipping Quote: For every order, whether destined for France or international export, a specific quote is prepared to cover transportation costs. These costs vary based on the artwork’s size and weight.
  • Shipping Methods: Depending on the painting’s dimensions and weight, shipping can be done via standard postal parcel or by our usual carrier. For distant international destinations, we coordinate delivery to the freight forwarder and provide the necessary documents for FOB (Free On Board) release, ensuring the seller’s obligations are met once the goods are on board the vessel.
